Hiding Clutter With Fabric

I've been meaning to do this for some time now. Staring at the cluttered look of our coats, shoes and media was driving me nuts!! So, I finally took a nap time, fabric, my iron and Stitch Witchery and got to work! Here are the results!

(Can't you just breathe better??)

I ended up having to sew along the top of this over the Stitch Witchery because some little pumpkin.. I won't mention any names *cough*Gilly*cough* likes to play with the curtain and it started to come apart.

Ahhh. Feels better, doesn't it?

It's Great To Have Friends Who Are Also Photographers.

So, whaddya think about my new header??? Isn't it sweet?!

My friend, Amy, took some prego pics of me and of my family and they are wonderful! I'll post some soon!

I loved this one so much I had to use it as my header. :) Thanks Amy. You're the best.

Holy Obsessed About Having A Baby, Batman!!

IT. IS. ALL. I. CAN. THINK. ABOUT. That's it. Baby, please come, baby, please come, baby, please come....

You get the point.

I don't think I was nearly this obsessed with Gilly. But then again, I was more obsessed with scratching my skin off those last few weeks of pregnancy. Good times.

For some reason, though, the waiting is killing me!! I think it's because I have everything ready and I've been having A LOT of contractions. They've been uncomfortable but not painful. TMI ALERT: My midwife checked me and I'm dilated 1-2cm. It's not much - but it's something!! C'mon, Baby!! Hurry!

I'm happy to say that the AIPD has been staying under control. It's mainly on my belly. I'm taking medications, using creams and ointments and cold packs and it's all helping. Along with prayer, of course! :)

I'm really hoping for a natural birth this time around. I'm also ready to accept that whatever happens, as long as baby and I are healthy it will be ok!

The home front is mostly ready. (I think)

Bags are packed, clothes are put away, baby paraphernalia is out, groceries are gotten, meals are (mostly) planned. I wanted to make some meals and freeze them but I never got around to it. Oh well. Hubby is a darn good cook and I think we'll be fine in that area. Plus having the meals planned out will make things a bit easier.

Well, thanks for listening to my ramblings.
